4th Movement

Therapy was hard today. I was really frustrated and starting yelling at my therapist. I know I shouldn't have, but it was one set back after another. Eventually, we both knew there wasn't anything to be done today and he sent me home.

...Some days, it's hard to have hope.

Nothing, as usual. I have my psychiatrist in the morning, but that's it.
